Beginning his career in the field at an early age, he developed a deep, hands-on understanding of operations before advancing into bidding, estimating, and senior sales leadership roles. His career progression from field execution to Director-level sales positions allows him to provide strategic oversight on pricing, client engagement, and project scoping—ensuring work is competitively bid, accurately planned, and executable in the field.
